Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Call 1-805-484-2000 to request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of delivery date. Any damaged goods or order discrepancies must be requested within 48 hours. We cannot accept returned merchandise without a RA. You must return items within 15 days of receiving an RA# or it will be refused. The items will be inspected for appropriate resale (not used/washed, contains manufacturer tags, in the original packaging) before store credit is issued. Items shipped in the manufacturer product box with a shipping label stuck to it will not be accepted.
Effective April 23, 2015 Returns will be issued as store credit in the full amount of your order (excluding shipping fees) or a refund minus 20% restocking fee to the original payment used on your order. For orders purchased with a Motocrossgiant gift card, we will refund the balance to the same gift card or we will issue you a new gift card. Store Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
The following items are NOT returnable:
- Personalized items (Ex. custom graphics, printed jerseys, wheels)
- Items that are used, missing tags or original packaging
- Opened or used electronic items
- OEM Parts & OEM Accessories ordered using our microfiche
- Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards
- Close Out/Clearance Items
- Casual Apparel, Swimwear, and Casual Accessories
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive and approve your return. For merchandise purchased with a Motocrossgiant gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to the same card or we will issue you a new gift card. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
The following items are eligible for refunds:
- Aftermarket Hard Parts and Accessories in there original packaging, new condition (Non-OEM or Clearance)
Call 1-805-484-2000 to request a Return Authorization (RA) and inform the representative that authorizes your return what Color/Size you would like in exchange. Return the items with a copy of your invoice and list the Sizes and/or Colors you would like in exchange on the invoice. A shipping fee of
$5.99 to $13.99 will be charged to send the new items back to addresses within the continental United States. RA requests after 30 days of ship date are at our discretion.
Packages being shipped outside of the US will be charged the appropriate fee for the shipping method used. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for exchanges to be processed after receipt of your return.
