If you are not satisfied with the fit of your Neck Brace and would like to exchange it Free of Charge, Call us at 1-866-924-4268 for a Return Authorization (RA). Return the item(s) with a copy of your invoice. Please list Sizes and/or Colors you would like in exchange on the invoice. Please allow up to 5 business days to process the exchange and we will ship out your Neck Brace Free of Charge. *Perfect fit program is only available for shipping addresses within the Lower 48 States. Qualifies for Neck Braces only over $100. |
